Feels like a premium pillow. The covering is soft and velvety with nice embroidery of bamboo. The pillow is heavy and thick. I have replaced a stack of two pillows with just this one. I'm sure it will flatten over time. Filling is supportive and does not have lumps that I have gotten in other memory foam pillows. So far, I have not experienced any pain or discomfort from a nights sleep on it. No heat regulation issues either. Thumbs up for this pillow.

Very nice pillow. Comes in lovely compact packaging. Once unpacked takes a little while to reach it's normal shape. Feels like memory foam pillow with a wonderful shape.

Bought this to see if it would help with neck pain. I was initially very disappointed as it arrived looking very flat and the pillow seemed too small for the pillow protector. Left it overnight and was amazed by how much it had plumped up. It has definitely helped with my quality of sleep and neck discomfort.
